Elaine Price is a dedicated public servant and community leader, currently serving her second term as the elected District 4 Idaho State Representative. She serves on the House Appropriations and Local Government committees, focusing on responsible budgeting and addressing local concerns.
Beyond her legislative role, Elaine has a long history of community involvement. She has volunteered with numerous local organizations, including Second Street Commons to support the homeless, and has been actively involved in her children’s school and sports activities. Her community service also includes serving on the board of the Northwest Property Owners Alliance, acting as treasurer for the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee, and helping raise funds for small nonprofits as a member of the Impact Club.
Elaine’s path to public service is built on a diverse professional background. Raised in a small Iowa town, she began her career in retail, where she spent over 18 years, including a decade in management. She later worked as a bookkeeper before dedicating her energy to the family business she and her husband run in downtown Coeur d'Alene.
A proud mother of four, Elaine cherishes her life in Coeur d'Alene. Her dedication to serving her community, both in elected office and through volunteer efforts, reflects her commitment to making Idaho a better place for everyone. She continues to lead with integrity, humility, and a passion for helping others.
