H6 - This legislation expands the Attorney General's jurisdiction to include elected city officials to investigate and, if necessary, prosecute elected county officials for state crimes committed when acting in their official capacity.

H0270 - This bill amends Idaho's existing indecent exposure law to broaden the definition of what constitutes indecent exposure, expanding it beyond just genitals to include developed female breasts, medically or hormonally altered male breasts that resemble female breasts, artificial breasts, and displays of anatomical toys or products. The bill modifies the legal language to specify that exposure occurs in public places or in the presence of others who are offended, removing the previous term "annoyed." Additionally, the bill changes the repeat offense penalty structure, making a third offense within five years a potential felony, with imprisonment in state prison for up to five years. Breastfeeding is explicitly exempted.

H0377 - This bill requires that when Idaho cities reach a population greater than 100,000 inhabitants as of the last decennial census, the districts within the city shall be established, and a candidate residing in each district shall be elected to the city council. The legislation also establishes that a recall petition against a city council member may be filed with the county clerk that is signed by 20% of registered electors that were eligible to vote in the city council member's district in the last election.

H0380 - This legislation allows for a jury or judge to impose the death penalty on a person convicted of certain sexual crimes against children when certain statutory aggravating circumstances are proved.

H037 - This bill amends Idaho's existing law on methods of execution by reordering and modifying the potential execution methods. Specifically, the bill establishes two primary methods of execution: (a) firing squad and (b) continuous, intravenous administration of a lethal quantity of substances approved by the director of the Idaho Department of Correction.

H0046 - This legislation amends section 18-1510 Idaho Code to eliminate the provision for minor consent of services in cases of runaway situations, thereby clarifying the authority of parents in such circumstances.
