H93 - This bill established a $50 million Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit program, offering refundable credits up to $5000 per student ($7500 for special needs students) for private or homeschool expenses. Currently being reviewed by Idaho Supreme Court.

H175 - This bill, Advanced Opportunities for Students, amends Sections 33-4602 and 33-4603 of the Idaho Code to enhance the state's Advanced Opportunities program for public and nonpublic school students. The bill focuses on providing better access to these opportunities for students, including those in homeschooling environments. It provides funds to help pay for CTE fees, dual-credit courses, AP tests, and other academic endeavors to help students go on to post-secondary training or education.

H0397 - This bill updates the existing requirement that all secondary students demonstrate that they have met the state civics and government standards through the successful completion of the civics test as a graduation requirement.

H0352 - This bill amends Idaho's "Parental Rights in Education" to require public schools to adopt policies and procedures that prohibit classroom education on sexual orientation and gender identity from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

H0041 - The classroom is a place to foster education and to do so, students should be comfortable and free from partisan politics. Personal political beliefs disrupt the classroom and make students uncomfortable, feel unwelcome, and open the door to bullying if they are in the minority mindset. Third party flags are an open political statement and do not belong in the classroom.

S1046 - This bill mandates that public schools in grades 5-12 provide specific, in-depth human growth and development instruction utilizing high-definition ultrasound videos of fetal development and computer-generated animations of fertilization in courses covering human biology or sex education.
